Each retractable badge reel is available with the standard belt clip back with a 24" cord.  An upgrade to a swivel spring clip and 36" cord is also available. The size of the embroidered initial is approximately 1" tall on the jumbo size badge reel and it is wide enough to hold 3 initials.
